- 2Enter credentials in PythiasIn Pythias, go to Admin → Integrations → Add New Integration → Rithum. Enter your Account ID and API Key. Click Test Connection and then Save.
- 3Configure retailer-specific settingsEach Rithum-connected retailer (e.g., Zulily) may have specific acknowledgment requirements and carrier codes. In the Pythias Rithum integration settings, review the retailer-specific configuration options and update carrier mappings as needed.
🔄What Gets Synced

- Order items, retailer SKUs, quantities, and shipping destination
- Order acknowledgment
- Shipment tracking and carrier confirmation
💡Tips & Troubleshooting
- Rithum was formerly known as DSCO (for dropship) and ChannelAdvisor (for marketplace). Your account credentials may use legacy branding.
- If you were previously integrated via DSCO, your API credentials should still work with the Rithum endpoint — contact Pythias support to confirm the endpoint configuration.
