- Noon Seller Lab API credentials: Access Key ID and Access Key Secret
🔧Setup Steps
- 1Generate Noon API credentialsLog into noon.partners (Noon Seller Lab). Go to Settings → API Access → Generate API Key. Copy your Access Key ID and Access Key Secret.
- 2Enter credentials in PythiasIn Pythias, go to Admin → Integrations → Add New Integration → Noon. Enter your Access Key ID, Access Key Secret, and select your Noon region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Egypt). Click Test Connection and then Save.
- 3Configure shipping and fulfillmentNoon supports specific carriers for each country. In the integration settings, select the default carrier for each Noon region you sell in. Noon's fulfillment window is typically 24–48 hours from order placement.
🔄What Gets Synced
- New purchase orders (polled every 10 minutes)
- Order items, Noon SKUs, quantities, and buyer shipping address
- Shipment confirmation with carrier and tracking
- Order fulfillment status
💡Tips & Troubleshooting
- Noon operates in multiple currencies (AED, SAR, EGP) — confirm your product pricing is correctly set for each country.
- Noon has strict seller performance metrics. Late shipments impact your seller score significantly.
- If you sell across multiple Noon countries, you can add each as a separate region under the same integration connection.
