💡Tips & Troubleshooting
- Meta Shops orders can come from both Facebook and Instagram — both funnel into the same Commerce account.
- Facebook OAuth tokens are long-lived but can expire or be revoked. Re-authorize if orders stop appearing.
- Product catalog sync (listing products to your Facebook Shop) is separate from order fulfillment — manage listings in Meta Commerce Manager or via the Pythias catalog publishing feature.
