- API token from Faire Brand Portal
🔧Setup Steps
- 1Generate a Faire API TokenLog into your Faire Brand Portal at faire.com/brand-portal. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → API Access. Click Generate API Token. Copy the token — it begins with
FAIRE_. - 2Enter the token in PythiasIn Pythias, go to Admin → Integrations → Add New Integration → Faire. Paste the API token into the API Token field. Click Test Connection. If successful, click Save.
- 3Configure wholesale order settingsFaire orders are often larger quantities per line item than typical retail orders. In the integration settings, set your default production queue for wholesale orders and configure any minimum batch size settings for DTF or other production methods.
🔄What Gets Synced
- New wholesale orders from retailers (pulled every 10 minutes)
- Order line items, SKUs, quantities, and retailer shipping address
- Shipment tracking and carrier pushed back to Faire
- Order fulfillment status update on Faire
💡Tips & Troubleshooting
- Faire orders may have Net 60 payment terms — check your Faire payment schedule, as orders are paid out differently than retail platforms.
- If your API token is revoked (after password change or security review), regenerate it in Faire Brand Portal and update in Pythias.
- Faire provides free shipping on first orders for new retailers — configure your default carrier accordingly.
